Start with one repeated task, not a big plan
The best first use is a job you do every week in the same way: a reply template, a summary, a first draft. Pick one, run it for two weeks, then decide.
Check the output the way you would check a new hire
AI writes fluent text that can be wrong. Read what it produces before it reaches a customer, and keep a person responsible for anything involving money, taxes, or legal questions.
Give it the context you would give a person
Say who the reader is, what you want, and what a good answer looks like. Most weak results come from a thin request, not a weak tool.
