Careers
We are a small, early-stage team building analytics products for small businesses and advising a handful of clients on the side. If that sounds like you, tell us about yourself and we will keep your details on file.

Internships
We bring on students, recent grads, and contractors across several areas, then place them on the apps we are shipping or with the clients we are working with. No single background is required. Browse the areas below and see what fits.
Digital MarketingSocial posts, ads, SEO, and analytics for the apps we build and the small businesses we advise.
We market a growing portfolio of software apps and a small consulting practice. The audience is mostly small business owners and the accountants who advise them. The work spans content and social, paid channels, and getting a clear read on what is actually moving the needle.
A good fit is a marketing, business, or communications student or recent grad who wants to run campaigns, not just read about them. Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, or SEO is a plus, not a prerequisite.
AccountingQuickBooks familiarity and bookkeeping sense to support the apps we ship and our small-business clients.
Our apps read profit and loss data, balance sheet items, and cash flow figures, then calculate ratios, trends, and comparisons. Accounting students and bookkeepers help us make sure we are reading the data right and explaining it in terms that match real practice.
A good fit is an accounting student, bookkeeper, or CPA with QuickBooks Online familiarity. You do not need to write code. You should know the difference between accrual and cash basis and understand how chart of accounts structure affects reporting.
Sales and StrategyMarket research, customer conversations, and shaping how our apps and services reach people.
This is closer to product marketing than to a sales floor. You help figure out who our apps and services are for, talk to real small business owners, and shape how we describe what we do. Because the work can bring in clients and revenue, there is room for performance-based upside on top of the base engagement.
A good fit is curious about how small businesses run, willing to talk to people they do not know, and patient enough to write down what they learn. No sales experience is required.
App TestingHands-on testing of the apps we build: clicking through features, catching issues, and writing down what you find.
Testing covers the full experience: sign-in, data retrieval, calculation accuracy, and how the app behaves across devices and browsers. You verify that what the app shows matches what it should show, try edge cases, and look at each app from the perspective of a non-technical small business owner.
A good fit is detail-oriented and can describe what they did and what they saw in clear writing. Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or any financial reporting is a plus, not a requirement.
CybersecuritySecurity review, sensible data-handling habits, and compliance awareness for cloud apps that touch real business and financial data.
Our stack is Firebase, Google Cloud, and external APIs like QuickBooks Online. Security work here is practical: reviewing security rules and data-access patterns, identifying exposure points in the OAuth flow and token handling, and evaluating least-privilege access.
A good fit is a security professional or a computer-science, information-systems, or cybersecurity student with cloud application interest. Google Cloud and Firebase familiarity is a plus; the ability to review architecture with fresh eyes and explain what you found in plain language matters most.
Software Development and AIBuilding the software apps we ship to real users, and adding AI features where they actually help.
The backend is Python Cloud Functions that query external APIs, process financial data, and return structured responses. Frontend work is responsive UI built on shared design tokens. AI features use large language model APIs to generate financial narrative summaries, with a focus on keeping output accurate and auditable against the underlying numbers.
A good fit is a developer or strong CS student comfortable in Python and curious about fintech or small-business tools. Firebase and Google Cloud experience is valuable; language-model API experience is a plus.
